In a large field with white flowers and a large white-silver moon on a night sky, an old man in a wheelchair alongside a little with white hair and red eyes are reading a book together. Another figure appears at the horizon and confronts the old man. It's Melissa Ludenberg.
Amaranth: It appears we have a visitor. River, be a good girl and go play with your toys. This old man has some business to solve here.
The little albino girl named River nodded while smiling and left the area, somehow dissappearing in the distance.
Melissa: Are you the man named Amaranth?
Amaranth: Yes it is. Amaranth Leigh Graham at your service, Miss-?
Melissa: Ludenberg. Melissa Ludenberg.
Amaranth: Ludenberg? Could it be that you are related to Balthazar Ludenberg then?
Melissa: He was my father. I've heard rumours. They said that you were the man who killed one of the previous rulers of Makai.
Amaranth: ....
Melissa: I'm gonna ask you a question, and pray to your God if you lie to me. Did you killed my father?
Amaranth: .... I'm not going to lie to you, Miss Melissa. Yes, it was me. I killed Balthazar Ludenberg. I killed your father.
Melissa: .... What exactly were looking for? Riches? Fame? Power? What was your reason for you to kill MY FATHER?!
Amaranth: I wanted to die.
Melissa: ???
Amaranth: I am a cursed man. I won't be able to pass the doors to Heaven if I don't die 1000 times. As part of the curse, I cannot kill myself, I can only die in battle. I have died 256 times, but I'm already sick of this. I just want to see her face again, to watch her smile.
Melissa: ....
Amaranth: If you have come here to kill me then so be it. But I will warn you, I shall give you no quarter.
Melissa: Hmph. Couldn't expect more from the man who killed my father. Alright old man, you want to die so much? I'll be sending you roses to your grave soon!
Melissa sharps her nails while and takes her fighting pose, while Amaranth got up from his wheelchair, taking out his scythe with his right hand while holding a Colt revolver with his left hand. Behind Amaranth, a guillotine appears from nowhere.
Amaranth: Let us begin the execution.

Here's my attempt to create an Akuma-esque character, only less angry and more serious. I mean it's an old man armed with two Colt revolvers, a Winchester rifle a scythe, it's immortal, it's followed by a tulpa who takes the form of a little albino girl, can create his own dimensions and can summon execution tools from a guillotine to an electric chair.

It would seem unlike Akuma who even he has a moral code that wont allow him to kill innocent people or those too weak or havent reached their potential he seems to have little to no remorse for those he kills with the exception of Balthazar?
