Melissa Ludenberg: A 200 years old vampiress (she looks like a seventeen-year-old girl) and new head of the Ludenberg Family, a vampire family from England that moved to America. She's known for being hotheaded and loud-spoken and says what she thinks without regard to the consequences. Despite this, she has a soft side, but only with those who she thinks are close to her, and she will punish those that hurt her beloved ones in any way. She is extremely charismatic and bold, which earned her great success in her family business as well as the fierce loyalty of her subordinates. While generally behaving in a bubbly and slightly childish manner, Melissa is actually rather ruthless and has been called a 'monster' by various characters. It is known her family has had a rivality with the Maximoffs and the Aensland Family for decades, however they have decide not to intervene with the Makai's conflicts, instead focusing into gaining fortune and status in the human world. Another fact she is known for is her way to choose her servants is that she only recluits those who she considers strong and/or usefull for her plans and needs. Despite all this fame she gained as a ruthless vampiress, she is extremely fond of cute things, especially stuffed animals. It also seems that she is overprotective to the stuffed animals she has. Being a vampire, she consumes blood to feed herself, but she seems to prefer sweets and cakes over blood any day. She usually walks on daylight using a parasol, but will create an aura around herself when she needs to fight to protect herself from the Sun. She is half English from her father Balthazar and half Japanese from her mother Mizuki. When it comes to combat, Melissa shows inhuman physical strength, speed and reflexes, wich are common among pure-blooded vampires. She usually fights using her sharp nails wich happen to be very resistant, but she will also fight using a rapier if she needs to. She can also create projectile attacks, wich also become stronger if she drinks more blood. She also a a variant of the Midnight Bliss called Midnight Dream, in wich instead of turning her victims into women, she turns them into a more adorable version of themselves, and then she will proceed to bite them and drink their blood.

El Segador: A mysterious human darkhunter. He was raised in an orphanage in México and trained in the ways of hunting by the Church, hoping that the kid would free the world from the Darkstalkers and everything that lurks in the darkness. He has no mercy to monsters, demons and sinners, always fighting in the name of God. Despite his ruthless nature, he does have a soft side, especially with kids. He tries to be quiet and taciturn, choosing not to speak unless directly spoken to, but still he tends to get nervous around pretty women, something the likes of Melissa tend to exploit as a way to tease him playfuly. He also enjoys boxing, usually taking Saturday nights to watch boxing matches on T.V. Segador is not his real name, it's a title that is given to those who are choosen by the Church to become their Special Forces. El Segador already gained fame even in the Underworld, often being nicknamed as "The Church's Hound" and also as "God's Knife", depending if you hate him or respect him. Being a monster hunter, it is easy to assume that Segador looks down on other monsters, but he has ultimately shown respect to those who have earned it, like Melissa's father Balthazar Ludenberg. He will still try to kill them, but still respect them. El Segador uses different kinds of bladed weapons in combat, all blessed with holy water and coated in silver. His main weapons are a pair of machetes, and also has more blades including knives, katanas, shuriken, kunai, tomahawks, crosses, bottles of holy water, and many more.

Tobias Spielberg: A dhampir from Austria, also known as Toby by most of the cast, specially the female cast. Tobias is hot-headed and has a sarcastic mouth and hair-trigger temper. He is hardly polite and is always gruff, even to those close to him. Because Tobias usually expresses his concerns in a "tough guy" manner, Iris jokingly calls him dishonest or stiff. He considers Iris, Lulu and Doremi as his "little sisters" and will often try to protect them, while he sees Pablo, Figaro and Django as his "brothers" often calling them names or making fun of them but still caring for their safety. Two years ago, Tobias was captured by B.O.U.'s special forces and was used for experiments in a secret laboratory in Tijuana, Mexico. Taking advantage of his regenerative powers, B.O.U. scientists led by Dr. Dexter Hitchcock replaced Toby's heart with a cyborg heart wich transformed his blood into a weapon. He is now capable of changing his blood from liquid to solid, and can also fully control it usually using whips or blades out of his own blood; however, his body usually rejects his new blood, wich causes him to bleed from his nose and mouth. Tobias was able to escape from B.O.U.'s facility alongside other prisoners wich would later become his "family". His entire body is covered in bandages except for his mouth, nose and right eye, as his left eye was severed by an B.O.U. agent, a cyborg named Bronson. He seems to be lazy most of the time, but it might be because he is always loosing blood.

Iris: A human-sized living doll created by a Japanese toymaker named Yoshi Murakami 100 years ago. Murakami made the doll in the shape and form of a young English girl that lived in an English settlement near his village. After both the colony and the village was destroyed by anti-foreigners and isolationists, Murakami was able to save the doll and himself by escaping in a boat. The boat eventually ended up in a port in America. However, somehow the doll was alive after arriving at the port and started saying things like she loved him. Althought he never showed any real feelings towards the doll, the toymaker eventually fell in love with the doll and kept her as his daughter and even named her after the English girl he made the doll for. After Murakami died, the doll still kept living in the same cabin the toymaker constructed and even kept his corpse. Several years later she was found by a mad scientist named Ezekiel Crawford, who would use her for experiments. Several human organs, including a brain, a heart and a stomach were implanted inside her even though she didn't needed them. Those organs belonged to a girl named Aria, who was murdered by Crawford to harvest her organs. He also added weapons inside her, in the form of blades on her arms and maid dress. After arresting Crawford, B.O.U. agents found Iris and took her to their base for experiments. She would eventually escape alongside Tobias and other prisoners. Iris, somehow learned to talk with Aria inside her head ever since Crawford putted Aria's brain inside her, and so Aria acts as Iris' voice of reason and to show her how the real world works. While capable of normal human facial expressions, she maintains a pouty contour and a mildly sarcastic personality. Despite this she shows true loyalty and care for those she meets and befriends, but is unsure of whether this is real affection or artificial, a thought which she ponders incessantly. She knows how to cook and clean thanks for years of working as a maid for Murakami. Iris is quite durable and much stronger than any human, able to punch down a brick wall with one blow or leap several dozen feet into the air. She shows superhuman coordination, performing effortless gymnastics and can run at superhuman speed. She however is not very durable, while she may be able to punch a hole in a steel door, the action would severely damage her arm, even though she wouldn't feel any real pain. Iris doesn't need to eat or even breath either despite having a stomach. She can still do that, but she wouldn't need it anyways.

Hatman: A man shrouded in mystery. No one knows who or what is he, but there are certain rumours regarding him. Some say he is a fallen angel that was exiled by God himself, others say might be an alien or part of an ancient civilization that existed on the planet before humans were created. He on the other hand prefers to be called a "reality warping entity". His "mission" is to investigate, experiment and classify living creatures on planet Earth while also offering his services as a consultant and doctor. He never takes of his wide-brimmed hat, wich seem to cover his entire face with shadows. The only thing that can be seen on his shadowed face are his eyes, wich appear as oval-shaped bright white eyes, but when eranged they turn into bright red sharp eyes. He leaves black feathers around where he walks for some reason (wich began the rumor of him being a fallen angel). He is skilled in countless practical fields such as psychology, philosophy, and medicine. He shows no loyalty to any particular individual or group except for those who he sees require his help. Despite this he will help save the world if only because he still has a lot to learn about the Earth and doesn't want anyone getting in the way of his work. He also likes to give people lollipops "just like a real doctor would". Despite his appearence, he rather wacky and tends to behave childishly and act excitable as to not scare others.  In most cases, Shinigami comes off as a bit of a joker with a cheerful demeanor. However, he does have a limit to his tolerance, as he can be fearce towards enemies, stating that "those beyond salvation cannot deserve mercy" going as far as killing them. He has the ability to manipulate time and space, such as changing the physical properties of the world around him and bending the laws of nature and physics. He can also change his physical appearance and size with relative ease. Despite this he does have limitations, as he requires lots of consentration when doing so. Also, he can only use his power within a specific area, as he cannot change anything that he's not aware off. His main weapon is a bone saw. He needs to see and know the territory to change it. His real name might be Blanc, but noone is sure, not even himself.
