Plot: After a mysterious event destroys almost all technology and electronic devises, including the Internet and communication devises, the entire planet is put on a state of alert. The Neo-Soviet Union, a new nation separated from Russia and other countries decide to initiate an attack on several key points around the world, including Washington, USA; Tokyo, Japan; Moscow, Russia; Cape Town, South Africa; and Havana, Cuba. An American soldier codenamed Jack is sent on this certain points, as they seem to be related to the events of the technological downfall all around the world.

Characters

Jack: His real name is unknown. A trained American soldier, now a mercenary for hire after the death of his sister who was also a soldier and part of the same unit. Jack's training was quite different as most of the typical military training on the US, as he not only was trained in CQC fighting and use of firearms, but also sword combat. His skill with the katana sword was given thanks to his training in a Japanese town near Osaka, where he was trained by a samurai by the name of Yoshi. Often cold-blooded and kind of an asshole, Jack tends to work alone, though on this case he might need a little bit more help. He likes cigars, chocolate and beautiful women. He has no real reason to fight other than dying in combat, it's the only way he plans to die.

Fernando García: A Mexican mercenary and Jack's business partner. Unlike his partner, Fernando doesn't take things to seriously, often seen drinking or playing video games even in the middle of the battlefield. Despite this, Fernando's marksman skills are incredible, being able to shoot at his target at far distances, and even on movement too. He can also be short tempered and really enjoys video games, often making video game references too.

Simon King: An American-English hacker and one of Jack's business partners. He is the team's informent and intell specialist, often obtaining information that could be useful on certain situations. He was able to save greats amounts of information and many anime episodes possible. Unlike most of the Hounds, Simon does not fight as he cannot withstand the sight of blood, often vomiting. He likes to watch anime, and often makes anime references too.

Howard Lincoln: An African-American who was a well-respected former mercenary, he now works as the Chief of The Hounds (Jack's team). He retired from his mercenary days after losing his left arm and left eye, wich were replaced with cybernetics. He was lucky his cybernetic implants were not affected after the technological downfall all around the world. He now takes care of business as the boss, leaving the work to Jack, Fernando and Asuka, though he does get his own times of action when he's given his famous "Badass Cannon-Laser Arm".

Asuka: A young kunoichi from a little Japanese town, the same town where Jack was trained by Yoshi. Althought she nows who the real enemy is, she still doesn't trust Jack due to him using guns in combat. Her reason for hating firearms is because it was a gun that killed her parents, and it was a gun that also killed her sensei too. Asuka has no choice but to join Jack's team after a rival ninja clan joins the Neo-Soviets. Althought serious, she does have her light moments too. She likes cute things, ice cream and enjoys playing video games with Fernando and watching anime with Simon. She also has three puppies who are also ninjas: Hachiko (Akita Inu), Balto (Siberian Husky) and Pocky (Labrador Retriever).

Rosia Irina Pavlichenko: A half Russian-half Japanese woman and a rival of Jack (and comically Asuka too). Initially part of the Neo-Soviet Union, she left it's army after witnessing the death of her Japanese mother at the hands of a Neo-Soviet Commander. A skilled gunslinger and sword fighter who values honour and is willing to die in combat, but only in combat. She has a black cat named Zoya, who despite not being a ninja, can keep up with Asuka's puppies. Becuase she prefers cats over dogs, Rosia and Asuka often fight each other and concider themselves rivals.
Jack: "People fight for reasons they don't believe. So, you know what? FUCK WAR!"

A Suda51, Platinum Games, Kojima Productions and redrojo17 productions, behold my new game idea. Time of Need combines both Western and Eastern culture, pretty much making it a Japanese and American action movie. It has what we all like. Also, a lot of historic and pop culture refrences thanks to Kojima himself. And yes, this is a Wii U and PC only game just to be an asshole to all Playstation 4 and Xbone fans around the world (nothing personal though, I do enjoy their consoles, though Im more of an Nintendo and PC user).
